Meet The CREATIVE TEAM

Operation Black Out was founded in Spring 2016 by Anasha Milton who was President from Spring 2016 to Spring 2019. She has been dancing her whole life. She graduated from Ball State in 2019 and wanted to provide more opportunities for dance, creating OBO.

Erykah has been a member of OBO since Fall 2021. She did competition dance her whole life and did cheer and theatre in high school. She is a senior Advertising major. Last year, she was the club's social media manager and started the "Day Of Dance" Showcase. She is very excited to lead the club this year.

Nicole has been a member of OBO since spring 2022 and served as the treasurer last year. She started dancing at 4 years old and did competitive dance up through high school. They eventually found a love for theatre and are now a junior Theatre Education major at Ball State, graduating in 2025.

Gracee became a member of OBO in Fall of 2021. She was a cheerleader in high school. She is a junior Public Relations major with a Women's & Gender Studies minor. She has been dancing on & off since elementary school.

Clarence joined OBO in the fall of 2022, but he has be dancing since middle school. He is a theatre education and dance (ba/bs) dual major. He was previously the OBO Vice President in the spring of 2023, and he is beyond excited to serve as treasurer this year.

Lexie joined OBO in Spring 2023. Her love of dance started as a little girl and continued all through high school and now into college. She showed dedication to the club by being an active participant in the Member Committee. Now, she loves to use her passion for graphic design and photography as the Social Media Manager.

Katie has been a member of OBO since Spring 2023. She has danced in a variety of styles for most of her life. She has spent most of her adult life teaching dance to kids. Katie is a Junior Nursing major with a minor in infant and toddler specialization. She is very excited to be apart of OBO’s executive team and can’t wait for an awesome year!

Savannah joined OBO in Fall 2022. She did show choir throughout high school. She is a dance and media design major. She has also served on our member committee. 

The member committee is the liaison between the club and the executive board, helping to ensure the club’s success by providing a platform for members to express their ideas and feedback.  All of our members on the committee are OBO returners and experienced dancers with years of training.
